Rakib Hasan Topu leads student advisory and consulting services at the Rajshahi franchise of TCL Global. Working in collaboration with StudyAnalyst, he supports students and families with informed study decisions and structured pathways into higher education.

Dr. Sufia Sultana is an independent researcher and CEO of StudyAnalyst Ltd. With a PhD from Cranfield University (UK), she directs our core strategy, AI pedagogic tools, and PhD Advisory, while overseeing our TCL Global franchise branch for UG/PGT admissions.
